I would like to thank Bay Master Appliance Services for their excellent service. Their prices were very reasonable, and the communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Whenever I called to get an update regarding the issue we were facing with our two heater units, they always answered and provided clear, updated information. A special thank you to Armando, who did an excellent job. He repaired both units, Tested everything after the repairs, and made sure the area was clean before leaving. His work was professional and efficient. 10/10 service — I 100% recommend them. Very trustworthy and reliable.

This business went out of their way to accommodate me to fix my refrigerator. I called at 2:00 pm, Larry came at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately we had wait 24 hrs for defrost. Larry scheduled me for appointment next day and requested do not remove so he could fix. He kept me updated on coming to my house. Larry was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient! He also took glass shelves apart for me to clean while he fixed the part. He was very thorough in his work, double checking all was done. I highly recommend this company. Tony called me in morning to make sure it defrosted. Great customer service! Thank you Tony and Larry for your excellent work ethic and friendly service!

Adam was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. I had an issue with the latch on my washer door not wanting to unlock and after ordering the part and waiting a couple of days for the shipment to arrive, he fixed it in about 30 minutes. Adam even went above and beyond and helped me fix a crack on the outer plastic of my door, to help prevent any issues in the future, even though that’s wasn’t the repair I was asking for. Great experience, I’ll definitely be calling again for any future appliance repairs I may need.

Our LG refrigerator failed and we called Urner’s and they advised us to call BayMaster to schedule the repair with your company. The repair person replaced the part needed three time. Mitchell Monsen was extremely professional and was very knowledgeable. After your company order an OEM part as he originally wanted the OEM part solved the problem. Thanks for his time and natural friendliness. The best!
