These guys are the worst, Derek comes on like a caring, thoughtful business owner trying to help, but he is really just selling you something and never does what is needed. I had him seal my driveway and then had to chase him for weeks to come back and finish. He just blew me off and stopped responding to my requests. I spent a few thousand with him for 45 minutes of work!

Overall they did a great job for a very reasonable price. Their communication could be a bit better, but I’d recommend them to anyone. I’ll be calling them again when I next need my driveway sealed.

How hard is it to ring a doorbell??? BSC was scheduled for the afternoon so while I was out they showed up and seal coated my other car into the garage for two days!!! Had they simply rung the doorbell my son could have moved the car. Now I have to drive my son back and forth to work and reschedule the scheduled maintenance I had booked. RING PEOPLES DOORBELLS, especially when you are 4 hours early!!!

They job they did was great but communication was a bit delayed and hard to reach them. FOLLOW UP: After just 3 months the seal coating is wearing off and the company is unreachable. No answer on the phone, voicemail, their message system on their website, or email and I have been waiting 3 weeks. DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this company as they don't communicate nor do they provide a lasting product. It's almost like this is just someone's side product and not a legitimate business.

The owner said he would come for an estimate on Sunday or Monday and didn't show up. Waste me a week to wait for his estimate. At least he could call to let me know he couldn't come. Very unprofessional. It should have NO star.
