Brian and Bay View Roofing did a tremendous job on my very vintage home. The bulk of the work was on a very STEEP roof, 3 stories up. Brian was the first contractor I met with, out of 4, and from the initial meet I felt comfortable. I did my due diligence and reviewed the other bids. Bay View Roofing was the clearest, most detailed, and the one I had faith in. Brian recognized that I was an owner that liked to research and learn things. Thanks to him, I watched some very useful videos explaining many facets of a roofing job and comparison of roofing materials. Brian kept me informed, responded to questions and concerns, and was always happy to provide additional information to satisfy my curiosity. I called Bay View Roofing to check out a leak. I was very impressed with Brian when I met him. He found the leak and checked out the rest of the roof and took pictures of the vents and showed me that all I needed was some maintenance. I was very happy that I didn’t need a new roof.
