Marlon and his team did an absolutely beautiful job on our driveway. It was in bad shape needing new gravel and railroad ties framing it. It is a very large circle drive that needed special attention. Marlon and his team are perfectionist, on time, very polite and get the job done exceeding expectations. I’ve worked with JO Builder for about 5 months on a remodel project in two rooms of my home. Having a work crew in your house is always disruptive, but co-founder Marlon Ochoa, with his brothers and team of subcontractors, made the project go well with excellent communication, professionalism and always taking care to protect my home. The project started with a solid estimate, timeline and thorough preparation of the work site. The team were always on time, and they paid attention to details of cleanliness. If I had questions, or something came up, Marlon and team were super responsive. I trusted the JO Builder team to work on their own if I had to leave for an appointment.
