We have used Steve twice for different issues and he's been a lifesaver both times. The first time last year he came out and fixed an issue with our furnace, and while the part took some time, he was responsive and got things taken care of quickly once the part came. The second time was yesterday when I came home to no heat and of course it's 15 degrees outside. I described the problem and how the furnace was acting and rather than charge us to come fix it he talked me through the fix over the phone and it took me less than five minutes. Couldn't be happier.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this one is warranted. If you see complaints about lack of customer service or responsiveness, believe them. Buckle up. After speaking to two HVAC companies who refused to install a unit in our home due to existing conditions, we hired Steve, who said it would be no issue. In March 2025, we hired him to install an AC unit and a tankless water heater in our Lake Riviera ranch. Before agreeing, I specifically asked about duct size because a coworker warned me about undersized ducts. Steve assured us everything was fine. We paid our deposit on March 26th—and it went downhill from there. Wouldn't recommend. I was initially impressed when they came out to check a roof leak we suspected related to our boiler system. Started getting suspicious when the team that came to fix it were arguing like a comedy routine. A few weeks later, tried reaching out for another issue and it took weeks to schedule someone to come out. Missed appointments and no shows. Finally after their initial fix failed, I had to hire a professional roofer to come out and correct their work.

In the late hour of a cold Friday night we were having an issue with our furnace and our house was dropping temperature quick. We found BayBreeze’s (Stephen’s) phone number form our towns local Facebook page, which came highly recommended. Here we are desperately calling at 10:45pm and Stephen picked up and immediately helped us. Without question he stopped what he was doing to walk us through the steps to get the furnace up, virtually! Stephen provided us with great customer service. He said he would check on us after 10 minutes to make sure we were successful with the steps he provided. Sure enough it worked and he followed up as well! An awesome local company! Thank you!

BayBreeze to the rescue! We moved into our home in November which BayBreeze had previously installed our HVAC unit. The warranty transferred and was handy when in the spring the weather got hot and we realized our unit was not switching on. We called them on a weekend (Memorial Day Weekend at that) not expecting to get anyone but we were greeted by Steve who took good care to have someone out to us the next day. We we're amazed at the responsiveness and quickness of service. The technician, Chris, came out who really knew what he was doing and was friendly and understanding of our barky pup. He spent a good deal of time making sure he was thorough with ensuring that he checked everything our unit needed to run smoothly before leaving.
