We redid our kitchen/dining room in 2021, and love using the refreshed and updated space. The core group of tradesmen who worked here each day were talented, courteous and made sure the house was clean before they left, which we were tremendously thankful for with 2 young kids at the time. The overall experience with communication, timeline and quality is the driver of this review. The flooring and cabinets have worn unevenly and, in our opinion, prematurely. In particular, the floor is damaged from the initial plumber's faulty work at the sink and some cabinet edges looked frayed and paint-chipped. While we love the space, we do not feel the monetary and non-economic cost is in line with what we paid.

I wanted to remodel my kitchen, so I went to the home show in Bridgeport in March. I met Bill Zaks at the show. He explained Baybrook’s process for renovations. I met with Bill and Mark Drew in April to discuss what I was looking to do with the kitchen. Mark understood what I wanted, made recommendations and designed it beautifully. I met with Rachael to pick everything out. There was a great selection to choose from. The work started late June. Terry Bower was my Project Manager and kept me informed of the timing of each phase and who would be coming to do the work. The crew that worked on the kitchen were professional and polite. I used Baybrook Remodelers to do several renovations on an older home I recently purchased. It took about two and a half months to complete, but it was well worth it! From my initial contact with Bill Zacks in sales and Jennifer in the office, working with design consultant Mark Drew, to the pre-construction meeting with project manager Terry Bower, everything went very smoothly. I had confidence in the carpenters, tilers, painters, plumbers, electricians, flooring and exterior installers that worked on my home. We replaced our old vinyl windows with newer ones using Baybrook and a Smart-E Loan via the Green Bank. We had a great experience and Baybrook has been really helpful and responsive ever since with any small issues that have some up. Jose and Carl have been really great to work with. Highly recommend!

Based on my experience as project manager for several construction projects, I would rate Baybrook as a five-star partner. They recently demolished two apartments for me and combined the spaces and infrastructures into a single unit. Baybrook delivered to the primary client, the building owner, and to me, the tenant, excellent design, plans and construction. Baybrook crews were prompt, hardworking, friendly, and they left the job site clean. After turnover, Baybrook returned whenever requested to complete punch list items or to correct problems that were not apparent prior to occupancy.
