My bathroom has been a disaster steadily getting worse, then it all went bad got clogged up into my tub. These gentlemen were out to my house the VERY NEXT MORNING & punctual. They diagnosed it and had my toilet/ tub main drain issue resolved. THEN he was kind enough to send one of his guys back the next morning to install new toilet when he realized my husband had recently been placed in nursing home, so I had no man to do any guy things. Quality work, punctual, efficient, accurate & reasonably priced NOT TO MENTION they cleaned up after themselves. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

I scheduled an appointment for garbage disposal repair via Home Advisor. The technician arrived right on time, and had called 15 minutes before to tell me he was on the way. He worked for quite awhile to try and unjam the disposal, but it was beyond saving. The final charge was for purchase and installation of a new disposal, with no additional charge for the time he spent working to unjam it. I was very satisfied with my experience with this company.

I had a main valve leak. I got the number from someone that I work with and called and spoke to the owner, he had someone come out the following day. The guy that arrived was very friendly and nice he got right to work. Got the pipe undone in just a couple of minutes. He had to go to Ace came back didn't get something had to go to home Depot came back had it fixed within 10 minutes charged me $500 for not even 2 feet of pex and a shut off. The pex was mine. Even the city workers that changed the meter said that's ridiculous. They were here when he was finished. Will never use them again.

We have a home warranty and we were told to use this company to have several plumbing issues fixed. I called the company and was told they could be out the next Monday between 10-12. Well Monday comes along and I called several times trying to get ahold of someone when finally I get a text saying that this guy was sick and to call someone else who worked for Bayless. So I call the other guy who works for Bayless and he says he will be out he shows up at like 2 o'clock comes in sees what the problem is then tells me he's going to Home Depot to get the parts. He's gone for about an hour and a half and then calls me again and tells me he can't do it today and that he will get to it tomorrow due to an emergency plumbing issue that came up.
