I've rarely used a Service that goes the extra mile like these guys. They responded quickly, explained everything they were doing, and helped coordinate the follow up work with the Power company. We had to have the power company come out the next day and disconnect the power but Bayou Electric arrived quickly enough to do their work and we were able to restore power by early afternoon the same day. I would highly recommend Bayou Electric.

Great at communicating a time and keeping that schedule. The price was fair with no expected charges. They were able to fix a broken breaker connection in under 30 minutes so our hot water heater would work again! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
