BAYSIDE PLUMBING & HEATING

I am sorry that Peter had such an unfortunate outcome with Bayside, as my experience was much different. I had a tankless water heater installed last week to replace an indirect HW heater. The overall experience was very positive....... from Shannon (who scheduled/invoiced the work), Francois (the owner who actually visited the property to assess the project & provide the quote), and Josh (the ultimate Superstar who completed the installation). Josh has 5 years experience, but his workmanship and communication is on par with some who has 20+ years of industry experience). I obtained 3 quotes for the work, and actually found it refreshing the owner was on-site to evaluate the project and provide an estimate instead of someone in sales (which is more common). The estimate was reasonable

The only people I call for all my issues with plumbing and heating, etc. They are responsive, nice and very good at their jobs.

Fantastic first impression! With a pregnant mom-to-be in the house during a hot spell, we were desperate to have the AC working well. The woman who took my call was honest (they're swamped of course!) and sympathetic. She set realistic expectations about whether they could squeeze us in . . . and they did! Austin and Michael were professional, thorough, patient with my questions, and a pleasure to deal with. I am optimistic that their plan for follow-up will solve our problems. Bayside Plumbing & Heating has new customers in us!

There was some confusion on a bill. The company resolved the situation to my satisfaction. An honest company willing to work with customer. I would recommend them

We were fortunate that Bayside could fit us in for AC repair where other businesses had long waits..........fortunately good record keeping allowed us to get the appointment due to a cancellation. There was a small issue so I called and got an immediate resolution. Polite, professional and knowledgeable service men, repair and maintenance, and exceptional, immediate customer service puts this company at the top of my list. I have already shared their contact info and recommended them to other cape friends.
