I met Ed when he was doing the roof for my parents house. They were very happy with the work he did, so that gave me a level of trust to hire him for my own roof. I have an old home, and I find contractors tend to shy away from older homes. Ed was very responsive and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. They did an amazing job in a timely manner and the clean up was impeccable! My roof looks beautiful! He also went above and beyond with some chimney repair that was needed, and the cost for the entire project was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend Ed Reynolds to anyone needing a new roof or repair.

Ed replaced my roof three years ago and I have been trying to get him back here for just as long for leaks around my roof fan. His men did come back and caulk it once; it still leaked. They came back a year ago and wrapped it in unsightly duct tape, which has been peeling off. When done in 2019, no red shingles were left in case repairs needed. I am so angry and disappointed. What makes it worse, he doesn’t return phone calls; it’s always a woman who tells me “how hard Ed works and I’ll give him the message” I would NEVER recommend Reynold’s roofing!
