I can't say enough about the team at Baystate Restoration's response to extensive water damage in our home. Our project manager, Doug, led a group of professionals to efficiently restore our home. The finished product is perfect. As a side note, I'm not sure if Baystate Restoration Group requires employees to like dogs but every single person who entered our home loved our dog making the process A LOT less stressful for everyone. I highly recommend this company for restoration needs.

Baystate Restoration was in charge of rebuilding our chimney after a fire, repairing the roof and siding and attic after smoke and water damage. Every step of the way from start to finish I felt we were in good hands. Every bit of the job was done by professionals. The project manager was warm and personable, answered all of our questions and stayed in touch with us at every turn. We now have a newly insulated attic, a new chimney, a new bit of roofing, two newly painted rooms, and a new wood stove, just in time for the holidays. I cannot comment on the price because I did not shop around. Baystate was one of the companies recommended by our insurance company, and when I was initially making phone calls, Baystate was right there, available and ready to help us. David S. Was our first contact with the company. In addition to reviews and company comparisons, David’s knowledge, thoroughness, and flexibility was what drew us to going with this company. We had some timing issues ( not related to company) and David was willing to work with us to get the job done. We are very pleased with the mold remediation , the furniture cleaning and all in between. The office staff was extremely helpful with billing as well. Would recommend Baystate Restoration without hesitation.

With Doug as our project manager, our roof was replaced, water damage in our house was repaired with beautiful new ceilings, bedroom painted and new insulation! Everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time and they cleaned up superbly! My home is back to normal again and I would recommend this group of guys for your next remodel!
