Baystate Rug and Flooring

This is second time that they have installed carpeting for us. The 1st time was approximetly 40 years ago. Both times they did an excellent job. They were prompt, friendly and professional. Our liviingroom looks fantastic now!!! I would highly recommend them!!

Great Service! Reasonable prices. We went to the store and worked with Justin to find the right carpet for our bedroom. He came out as promised to take measurements of the room and quote us a price. The carpet came in as promised. We scheduled an install date. They came on that date, moved a very heavy piece of furniture and installed the carpet. They took away the old carpet and padding and cleaned up nicely. We are quite pleased with Baystate Rug and Flooring.
