Horrible experience. Do not recommend. One custom cabinet, with multiple issues took 6 months and it still wasn't perfect. Terrible communication and took way too long for one cabinet. Quality issues where they had to remake all of the doors and had to repaint them multiple times, since they couldn't even match the first color they did. Even today, the doors don't match the cabinet trim. They tried to blame our remodel contractor until it was proven they cut the cabinet doors wrong. In the end, it still wasn't perfect and instead of compensating us for poor service, taking 6 months to build, and it still wasn't perfect, they went after us for payment. You would expect that one custom cabinet would be built right when it's so expensive, but not with Baywood. I will never use this company ag

Absolutely horrible experience working with Steve Mirante at Baywood Cabinet. Lots of mistakes, very poor communication. We are waiting for months for corrections on the cabinets that were paid in full. Absolute nightmare.
