B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service

After multiple companies and multiple technicians I can say Juan M was the best technician that has looked at my system to date! We have an older system that has had several issue since we purchased the house 5 years ago. We ran into and issue a couple days ago and Juan took the time to look over everything and take things out to make sure what he was doing was actually going to fix my issue and not be just another bandaid or unnecessary part replacement! He has my system working better than it has since we purchased the house and I can’t thank him enough! I wish that any time I need anything or have a yearly check done he could do it!

I've been using B&B for over 10 years and have always been on the annual service contract. The technicians have always been thorough, have educated me on my system, and provided options when needed. My most recent technician who took care of my furnace/heat maintenance was Julio. He was excellent, knowledgeable, and respectful to me & my family and of our time while he was at our house. I give Julio an A+ and would welcome him back for any of our future maintencance.

Short Version: B&B blasted dirty/rusty water all over my utility closet and didn’t clean it up (see photos provided), removed and forgot to reinstall my condensate overflow switch (leaving my system with no overflow protection, placing the system and my house at risk of water damage), and never sent me a payment receipt despite three separate requests for one (once via phone and twice via email). Long Version: I called B&B out to my rental property after my tenant reported that the AC wasn’t working. I was working overseas at the time. From B&B’s report, the condensate drain line was clogged (a common issue) and water had overflowed into the auxiliary/secondary pan below the unit, tripping the float switch attached to the side of the pan, shutting down the unit. We had Trel out to service My daughter‘s condo and he was excellent. An issue was determined and somebody came within 30 minutes to bring the part and he installed it. Great service and Experienced technician

I have been a B&B customer for years. They have always given excellent and timely service. Yesterday's serviceman was prompt, courteous, and did a thorough examination of our system, ensuring that our heating system and whole house humidifier is working properly.
