The service techs are always great, friendly, knowledgable, and don’t try to upsell you on things. They make suggestions on small repairs or services that help keep my system running efficiently. I do enjoy the benefits of the service contract and regularly scheduled spring and fall maintenance, giving me peace of mind that my system is going to operate throughout the coming season without issues. I know that my systems are being well taken care of. B&B has been reliable and easy to communicate with. I definitely would recommend them.

Adam was great. He got the heating damper up and running and even went out of his way to go and get the part we needed and returned instead of just telling us we had to order it and wait. We are very pleased with B&B and have been loyal customers for over 40 years.

Saturday 24th in this horrible weather, we had a service call and Paul Singleterry came to our home. He was professional, curtious and very helpful. Another issue at the same house and we met Adam. Also very professional. I have always been impressed with the technicians from B&B. Even in the worst weather, they are very thorough and want to find a solution to our problem. Thank you to both Paul and Adam!

Darryl and Adam were fantastic. My HVAC system is a complicated setup, but they diagnosed the issues quickly and did an excellent job with the maintenance. Very nice young men—professional, respectful, and clearly skilled. Highly recommend.
