Capitol Insurance Restorations

We recently had a new roof and gutters installed using Capitol Insurance Restorations. We could not be happier. Our contractor, Joshua, walked us through the entire process, and dealt with our insurance, who were hesitant to replace the entire roof. They made this process very easy for us. The company was punctual and did a very good job with the clean up. Additionally they painted the exterior trim to match the new color of our roof. I don’t give reviews very often but felt I should for this job. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Capitol Insurance Restoration! We had hail damage and Andrew was excellent in working with us, our HOA, and the insurance company. Andrew did all the leg work, which made it easy for us. His crew were here at 7am and worked all day finishing the job in one day; they were excellent, careful, neat and particular. They cleaned up at the end of the day and one would never know they were here, except for the beautiful shingle job! A couple of days later his crew were here installing our new gutters and did a marvelous job! I would highly recommend Capitol Insurance Restoration and working with Andrew!

We had a terrible hail storm last year in MD. I was given a second chance to review and replace our shingles by Capitol Insurance Restorations. Our first agent ascended to inspect the roof and confirm that we had hail damage. After sending his review to our insurance agent, it was turned down. Now what? Arrived an agent from Capitol Insurance who took to our roof. Andrew found the same damage and we again appealed to our insurance company. With his knowledge and know how after several negotiations, we got approved. Today, our roof is completed and his team did one wonderful re-roofing along with new spouting. I recently engaged Capitol Insurance Restorations to replace my old roof before the rainy season and especially since some shingles had come loose, and I’m happy with how it turned out. First, they reviewed my insurance and explaining that the work wouldn't be covered, which saved me time and hassle. Andrew was my main point of contact. He walked me through every step of the project, so I always knew what they’d be doing, and with which materials. When it came to paying for it, he showed me several financing options, talked me through the pros and cons of each. On the job site, the crew was professional and efficient. Once the roof was done, the team lead walked me through the finished work, answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything.
