If I could give 0 stars, I would. Homeowners stay away! I put in a claim through my home warranty company because my shower was leaking into the garage below. Paul came out, cut a large hole in the ceiling , came back for a second visit and cut a huge hole in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. Said he’d need to put in a ptrap and move the water line and that the issue was due to the previous plumber not putting in a ptrap. Paul said “you’re lucky a rodent hasn’t gotten in here.” He never showed back up, but the warranty company called me and said repairs couldn’t be made under the warranty due to improper plumbing and not wear and tear. I called out a second plumber- y’all, in a 45 minute visit the issue was diagnosed and fixed. The shower drain needed to be replaced. $85 all in fo

Asked then to assist with an issue with my well. Came out and replaced the bladder and it took no time and was very professional. Highly recommend!!! Excellent customer service. Prompt and even found a leak under my house and repaired it too!

Worse experience ever! Original appointment he showed up an hour ahead of time so I had to rush from an appointment. Second appointment he was 2 hours early and I had to rush home from work. Paul told my wife that in order for him to get started he needed a check for $450 that my warranty company doesn’t cover. Said it was because he had to hire a third person to assist with the removal and install of water heater in attic, and to build a walkway to maneuver in the attic. First, why am I responsible for you needing to hire another person. Second, I could have had the water heater picked up and finally, the walkway he supposedly had to build was a 1/4 sheet of plywood that I had in my attic. Oh and he left a gap in my roof where the pipe flows out. Tried to blame it on the roofing company

Slimy and unprofessional. 2 experiences because my warranty co. only has one contractor in all of Columbia. They are in it for the warranty customer deductible and that's it. First, a simple "check your showerhead" comment would have been sufficient over the phone. Instead, they came out, took the deductible, treated my tenant like an idiot and left within 10 minutes. Second, my plumbing problem was diagnosed as improper installation which equals a denied claim. First of all, it wasn't improper installation, he just said it was and the warranty co. accepted that as gospel. I challenged the guy on his assessment and he said he didn't agree. No consideration, no interest, just wanted to collect the deductible for coming out. The problem was obviously not what he due to the symptoms

2 years ago this company was dispatched by my home warranty company to fix a toilet. It was found that we have very strong water pressure. They installed a pressure regulator. I had some leaking pipes and had a different plumber come out. He found the pressure regulator had been improperly installed and had failed.
