We were referred to Tim by our builder and could not be happier! Tim and his crew were professional, clean and their workmanship was outstanding. If we had more stair rails to build, we would call B&B first.
Tim was friendly, professional, on time with the installation, and the staircase looks amazing. We are very pleased with our experience and appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service!
Terrible experience, don't do business with a handshake! The final bill was 2 1/2 x's what I thought we agreed on and I was never once contacted to discuss the fact that the final bill was so far off the original estimate. I would STRONGLY advise not making my mistake- find another builder, avoid this one
