Special Kudos to Baylon and Owen, they did such an excellent work replacing my rotten PVC main water line from the street to my house with copper pipe. After all work was done, they even made sure my artificial turf was back how it was. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the way it was supposed to be. Promo Plumbing did work in the neighborhood and left a mess behind. Dirt was left all over the street and in front of multiple homes, including mine. At least three of their workers saw that my drain had filled with dirt from their work and completely ignored it. Neighbors had to spray water themselves just to try to clear the dirt from their driveways, and the dirt ended up clogging my drain and piling up in front of my house. They were working for over a week on a one-way street, blocking access the entire time, and still couldn't take the time to clean up after themselves. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to the neighborhood. I would not recommend this company.
