I had a great cross-town move experience with Wally, Jordan, and Michael. They showed up five minutes early and proceeded to work efficiently yet carefully to get me moved in very quickly. I even took this picture of them in action because I was so impressed with how fast yet thoroughly they wrapped up my sofa.

If I could give a negative score I would. My cousin referred me to Wally. He arrived on time with two men. They picked up several items and transported the items five miles. Wally's company damaged a brand new refrigerator forcing it through the front door scratching and denting all four front refrigerator doors. The cost to replace one door is $335. He and I looked it up together after seeing the damage after he tried to deny he damaged the refrigerator until I showed him the irrefutable proof of the before photo. When I mounted the 75-inch tv that he also moved to my home, it was cracked, had lines running both vertically and horizontally, and there is a black blotch on the right side.
