We hired B&C to install new gutters on our home, and overall, we were quite pleased with the quality of the gutter installation itself. The crew was professional and efficient, and the new gutters look great and function well. However, our experience took a turn when it came to the gutter gates. We received one gutter gate out of four during the initial installation, which we assumed was the start of the complete set. Unfortunately, B&C has repeatedly failed to follow through on installing the remaining three gutter gates. We've been given several dates for their return, none of which they've kept.
