BCG Decks | Docks | Boat Lifts

Built a deck through Alex less than a year ago. Contract states lifetime warranty. Having issues I need addressed/looked at. Sent pictures, text messages, multiple phone calls, will not respond. Work looks great upon completion but forget any chance of actually having him stand behind what he does. I chose BCG due to conversations we had and felt that Alex was a man of character and integrity. Well he has clearly proven me wrong. Your work may look wonderful upon completion like I said, but if you need warranty service forget about it. A man is as good as his word and this sadly speaks volumes. Steer clear of this company. You can find just as a good of work and save thousands through honorable individuals. Update: apparently this is the only way I can respond to your comment. First off,

Alex and his fence crew built my wife and I a great split rail fence with welded wire backing. The crew was pleasant to work with and made what looks like a high quality product that will last us years to come. The custom gates are also so much sturdier looking than what's available in a fence kit!

Repaired a deck for me that had dry rotted through and through. He put new footings in to come up to code and did a great job on replacing everything. All the top deck boards and below deck cross support boards had to be replaced. He did it as scheduled, for a fair price, and was very responsive. I’d hire him again for sure!! Responsive to emails and completed our fence on time. Alex was polite, so we decided to have his team complete our project. The only thing I didn’t like is the gate couldn’t be lockable from the inside. After asking BCG to come over twice, we decided to get supplies from Home Depot and do it on our own.

I can’t say enough good things about Burlar Construction. They were quick to respond, gave me free estimates and finished everything in a timely manner. We had recently had a deck built by another builder who completely botched the job. The crew came in and fixed everything, making it extremely sturdy and safe. I also had a beautiful 6ft privacy fence installed, which I absolutely love. The prices were affordable, the quality of the work was impeccable, the crew was friendly and respectful, and I would absolutely use them again for future work.
