BD Electrical & Solar

I’ve been very satisfied with BD Electrical and Solar. I had 27 panels and a backup battery installed. My goal was to have this completed by the end of 2025 for tax purposes. BD Electrical was able to make this happen by getting all the permits and signed off from the town and electric company before the end of the year. The work crew, Chris, Eric, Shawn, Jeff, Elijah, and Tyler all did a great job installing the system so it works and looks professional. They acted professional and were glad to answer any questions and kept me informed on what was being done. Shawn spent a lot of extra time figuring out why my Tesla app wasn’t able to connect to the PowerWall, but he finally got it working. That was really helpful. BD Electrical has a great crew that represents the company well.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. BD Electric is easy to work with, communicative and trustworthy. The quote we got was fair and completely lined up to others we got. They were also responsive to our questions and needs, increasing the size of the system after learning about plans to add heat pumps in the future. The folks who did the install were so nice and professional and we absolutely trusted them in our home. We had four different electricians doing the work and they were all great. They went above and beyond - we noticed a leak after the work was done and they came back to inspect it even though it was in a part of the roof that they hadn’t touched. Brett and his highly professional team did an outstanding job installing a solar energy system on our family home on the upper Cape. We live out of state, so virtual communication was key and they knocked it out of the park. They handled all of the permitting for us. I think we received more than a hundred photos of the installation as well as timely invoices, email reminders, zoom calls, etc. The price was fair, and the work was high quality and on schedule. Our neighbors found the construction team to be professional and responsible while on site. At the end of the project, we received a comprehensive project summary with instructions for system operation and maintenance, as well as all of the paperwork we may need for utility and tax management purposes. It was great doing business with BD Electrical & Solar. Right from the start, Brett keep us up to date on permits, etc and on the day of the install the project went very smoothly. Chris (Project Manager) and his install crew were punctual, courteous and very well organized. We hired BD to add additional solar panels to our array and he was able to integrate the two systems....something that other Solar Contractors said couldn't be done or most likely didn't want to deal with.
