Wind River Environmental of Carver, MA

I have been using Wind River to pump out my septic tank for many years. Elder the service technician has been very helpful addressing my concerns and answering all my questions on my recent pumping. I recently decide to make an adjustment to the system that will make it easier to access the tank to pump it out based on Elders input. My system is 37 years old so its vital to me to properly maintain it thus the reason for using Wind River as long as they continue to use talented technicians like Elder.

I had an excellent experience with our septic technician. Jim Tobans arrived on time, clearly explained every step of the process, and completed the job quickly and professionally. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and quality septic service!

This is the second time we have gone with Wind River Environmental. The first time was back in April 2025 and now again in September. Our technician who came out today, his name is Jim and he is amazing. Great attitude, very knowledgeable and great customer service and friendly.
