These guys are some of the most professional and outstanding guys I've met. From the initial phone call, to the installation, to the post install service. I hired them to install a new 20ft bay door for my shop that was letting in a draft and warped through the years. I called, they showed. They worked through the cold weather just to ensure I was able to keep my business up and running by the next day. 10/10 would recommend 👌

Beautiful door and side mount opener. Installed and looks perfect for our home exterior. Kudos to salesman who visited us and suggested the color and window shapes. I always judge a company by their follow up on problems that arise. Murphy’s law right? BDK sent an installer on Monday after Sunday night call to answering service. Re: malfunction of opener. 8am Monday I was contacted by Patty and given an immediate appointment. Problem fixed in a few minutes. That’s how a great service company should roll!

I would give a hundred stars if I could. I called BKD Doors after backing into my garage door, and from the very beginning the customer service was next level. That’s the problem nowadays — good customer service is hard to find — but not with this company. Patty was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and got everything scheduled quickly. The technician, Armando, arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and had my door working perfectly in no time. The quality of the work was excellent. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend BKD Doors to anyone who needs garage door repair or service. Amazing service and attention. Called several surrounding companies looking for new garage door motor and belt/track installation and felt best comfort and support from BDK. Beth the receptionist/scheduler helped seal the deal, and Armando was courteous and had great follow thru with installation. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to have Josh work on the garage door. He knew what to do to balance the garage door and replaced the hinges Josh found cracked. All the work for a reasonable price. I will always have BDK Door work on my garage door.
