Well unfortunately after trying to get Classic Fence to return my calls and a couple years of no answers I'm leaving this negative review. Now my fence is 6 years old so I don't expect a new fence but it has become clear that the fence was not installed properly. When I bought the fence I was talked into going with metal poles instead of wood so I would get 15 years plus out of the fence. Now it is a 5 foot tall cedar fence with metal poles and it is barely standing up anymore. It is clear now that most of the poles have come out of the ground that during install they only put the concrete in about 1 foot into the ground and now the concrete either has broken off the metal post or lifted completely out of the ground. Classic did a great job. We needed 8 posts replaced. They were respectful of our space and did as little lawn damage as possible. There were a few things left off the work order, they took care of those right away and without question. They even added a few post caps which were rotting. Great company, respectful workers and my sales person Francisco was amazing. I highly recommend Classic Fence.

I have nothing but GREAT! Reviews for Classic Fence. I called them up and they came out when promised, I worked with Alfredo about what I wanted and how I wanted it to be put up and he took down everything just right. When they came out to install the fence they were completely self-sufficient, put up the post one day, and then the next day the chain-link fence. I have called the office several times for information and Holly whom answers the phone has been most WONDERFUL! At answering all my questions and concerns. The company pulled all the permits needed and did all the measuring and even called up Julie for utility markings. All I had to do was to sit back and relax, while THEY did the WORK!
