We are finishing our basement and only had one wall with water issues. We had a wonderful experience working with B-Dry all around. • Mike is such a kind and professional guy. He took the time to discuss our basement and all the options available to us, including waiting out the spring rains to see if waterproofing was even needed. He answered many of our new home-owner questions patiently and explained the whole process thoroughly. About 8 weeks ago they started a basement waterproofing project that they have yet to finish. The initial consult was with the owner, Mike, who said explicitly they could work around our ibeam foundation supports that cost $16K for the Basement Doctor to install. After they broke into our cement our ibeams began to fall down. This voided our foundation warranty with the Basement Doctor. The contractor offered to re-install the ibeam system, and when the time came they said they didn’t know how to do it. They then promised to put up carbon fiber support straps for free to warranty the foundation. Today they denied they ever offered to install straps for free. Now 8 weeks into a 5 day project, the communication has been non-existent. Get everything he says in writing so you can refer back to

I have and will recommend BDry to anyone looking for basement waterproofing. Mike R is a man of his word. Worked with me the entire way and made sure we were taken care of. The crew was great and kept us informed upfront and along the way. The job was finished on time (actually a little ahead of schedule) A few months since after installation, everything is working as expected. Great company and great people.

These guys were awesome. Came and did some work on basement/sump and were fast, super helpful, CLEAN (for such a messy job especially!), did quality work and were extremely fair on pricing. Will never use another basement/foundation company.
