I had an excellent experience with Be Secure Locksmith from start to finish. Before my appointment, I texted with Laura, the dispatcher, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She answered all my questions clearly, helped me understand what to expect, and scheduled my visit without any hassle. Her communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When I arrived at their shop to have two FOB keys programmed, Remington took over—and he was outstanding. Not only did he program both keys quickly and professionally, but he also went the extra mile by diagnosing an issue I didn’t even realize was happening.
