We were referred by our agent and Carrie was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped us pick out flooring and quickly figured out what we liked and gave us great suggestions. She even offered options for us to help us stay on budget and we look forward to working with her soon! I fell in love with mosiaic tile there so I'm sure we will be using them again for future projects 😉

Great selection of tile for all kinds of tastes. The ladies were knowledgeable and patient while we were choosing styles and patterns for a bathroom remodel.

Today was our first time in. We spent quite a bit of time with one of the sales reps, who was super patient and helpful. My only negative is that they're a little pricey. Overall, we are happy with the experience.

I worked with the team at the store to select and plan carpeting for our rental home's stairs. I wanted the job to include carpeting one of the landings. After about a week of no response while waiting for a final estimate, I heard back from the company that "we do not feel that we can help you with this project." They claimed they could not make the pattern of the carpet line up on the landing. Then they ghosted me on any further correspondence. What kind of customer service is that? They must not need the business. I ended up turning to Kitty Hawk Carpets & Furniture, which installed the same product, matched the pattern perfectly, and promoted the job (and our rental property) on social media.
