My husband and I have been fortunate to have Top 2 Bottom Home Services work on many projects at our beach home, large and small over the last 3 years. Besides doing our routine cleaning services, which guests always note as spotless, they do our general maintenance of fixing the small stuff like leaky toilets, loose boards, power washing etc. Due to water damage, they had to completely tear off the back side of our last home, replace windows, siding, electrical, our outdoor shower, and they added a newTREX deck.
