We had a small emergency with our pond, he called us as soon as we emailed him. Victor then gave us a small quote abd came out the next day and cleaned the pond. He is very nice, and easy to work with. Will use him everything in the future.
I had an emergency with my koi pond today(sunday), I called the owner who responded right away. he also helped to "fix" it remotely because he thought it could be an easy fix without costing me any money. And he was right! I am so grateful that my Koi was saved! I appreciate his help and happy to work with him in the future and recommend to everyone!
I can’t say enough about Victor. In less than 24 hours, he was able to fit us in and save our Koi and get our pond cleaned out and running. Highly recommend!
