When the heat on my second floor froze (in two different spots, as it turned out), they treated it like a true emergency and came right over. Even though the job ended up being more involved than expected, they handled everything smoothly and professionally. They didn’t just fix the problem — they explained what caused it, shared valuable insights, and gave me great advice on how to prevent future issues. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Be aware!! This Beacher company installed a new well pressure tank about two months ago , I recently called another plumber to clean my well, he also checked my UV light filter that has been leaking since the installation of the well pressure tank, the plumber asked why I had an oversized pressure tank? I told him the other plumber from Beacher said that’s what I needed and it will be more energy efficient The other plumber said no it’s doesn’t make it more efficient because it’s larger a smaller one would work the same, he said it’s extremely oversized for my small home I believe the Beacher company took advantage of me and sold me a more expensive tank that I didn’t need to profit himself. this is a crook of a man!! I paid almost $5,000 for an oversized tank when I only needed a $900 tan

Beach & Ari are very professional! We had a new faucet installed. Beach & Ari arrived on time, they came with a couple of choices, and installation was completed in about 1.5 hours. Super knowledgeable and informative. Everything started and went smooth. Had him look at a house I purchased only to find out he had done work on the house previously. I actually thought he was a good guy. Was excited to have him come back to do recommended work. When my card didn't work in his colleague's phone app to charge me it may have taken an extra 5-8 minutes he had a complete meltdown which was concerning as I just met the guy. Poor disposition.

Highly recommend. I called late afternoon/ early evening on a Saturday with an emergency plumbing issue. Beach came out and addressed the immediate issue and spent time assessing and diagnosing other non related issues. I really appreciated the willingness to come out and help, especially after what was likely a busy week from the blizzard.
