Beacon Home Design

We had a great experience working with Beacon Design and AJ on our custom home plans. AJ truly listened to us and hit it spot on with the floor plans and overall design. As first-time builders, we had very little knowledge going into this process, but AJ made it feel easy and completely manageable. He was so responsive, patient, and a real pleasure to work with every step of the way. AJ & the Beacon Home Design Team did an amazing job on our new house plans. While we are in queue to start the construction of a new home (due to Helene & Milton destroying our old home), we can’t wait to see the new & awesome house come to fruition. Aj and his team at Beacon have designed a few houses for me and my clients and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They are fast, efficient and communicate well. They keep the schedules they commit to and they are receptive to the change my clients and myself desire to make to their design.

AJ and his team at Beacon are excellent architects. AJ is creative, organized, and a good listener. He understood our priorities and incorporated those into the design. At the same time, he was also responsive to changes as the design progressed. His fluent knowledge of zoning standards makes the process efficient, and his willingness to share those insights keeps the process on the rails. Having used both terrific and terrible architects in the past, I place AJ definitively in the "terrific" category. I highly recommend him.
