Beam Heating & Air Conditioning

Mike and Josh were punctual, friendly, and professional. On this blazing hot day, they arrived at 8:15 a.m. and worked efficiently to replace the 35-year-old evaporator coil and condenser. They safely drained the old coolant before disassembling the AC system. After installing the new components, they performed a leak test and ensured there were no other issues. Throughout the process, Mike and Josh kept me informed about each step they were on. They also did a great job cleaning up—no scraps or screws left behind. I had a great experience getting a new central air conditioning system with Beam.

We called Beam Heating and Cooling today after our heater stopped working. They arrived within an HOUR after we called and quickly diagnosed the problem. Despite it being in the later afternoon, they still went and bought a part that was needed to fix the heater and then returned to install it same day. Ulysses was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. There were no attempts to upsell or mislead us into spending more money. We cannot recommend this company enough to anyone with heating/cooling issues. They will certainly be the first we call in the future.

Dustin was incredible. I reached out to Beam this morning because my AC went out. He was very professional, communicated clearly about how long it would take to get to me, explained the issue in a way I could easily understand, and solved the problem…. I now have AC again! I would highly recommend Dustin for any future services

Dustin the tech came out today and I honestly can say probably the best experience in my life with a technician. He took the time to explain and give me recommendations on what I should do. We have a 1 year old and heat quit on coldest night of the year. came out same day!!!! I work in customer service and this truly WORLD CLASS. Thank you Beam!!

I would highly recommend Beam. They are great to deal with. I have had them out 4 yrs in a row for service. Never tried to upsell me. Finally I had to get a new AC. They were over 1000 less than some others I looked at. I got a great Lennox unit. New thermostat. Dave and Josh came to install. They were outstanding. Company’s like this don’t exist anymore. Trust worthy affordable and easy to work with.
