We absolutely love our new Window Nation windows! They look beautiful, keep the cold weather out, and leave cool breezes in. Our saleswoman was fantastic-very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She sold us on their windows because she explained how well made they are and how affordable they really are. And the window replacement workers really knew what they were doing from start to finish and replaced our old windows so efficiently with our brand new Window Nation windows!!! So, all in all we definitely give Window Nation a 5 + rating! Job well done!
We had a fantastic experience meeting with Max from Window Nation. He was incredibly courteous and took the time to truly educate us on the product rather than just giving a sales pitch. We especially appreciated him walking us through the construction and long-term maintenance of the windows. Most importantly, he was able to work within our budget to make it happen. We are so excited to get our new windows installed!
A group of 3 highly skilled window professionals came and knocked out the job within 4 hours. They replaced 3 windows, one being 8 feet long. Very satisfied with our new windows.
I wish I could leave a negative review. We have had so many issues with these windows. My old +20 year old widows kept my house more insulated. This is just the latest issue. I was wondering why my front room was always colder. I am seriously thinking of using plastic kits on all these windows to keep my house insulated this winter. Not to mention the sales lady was in our house for over 2 hours. Edit: To explain further I would think a sales person should know the mph rating on the windows. Seems important. Not that I fully blame her, English was not her first language. Now if we have any sort of cold breeze it comes right through the window. I have been given the run around by some of the service guys about "no insulation below the window" Okay fine, but I feel a breeze coming t
Installed November 10, 2025. Leaks air and lets snow inside. Not happy at all. Still waiting for someone to call. This door replaced an Anderson door that did not leak air or let snow inside. I have a video that shows my sheer curtains significantly moving as the air comes in. Unable to post videos. Not a happy customer
