My experience with Beamer Septic Repair was all around fantastic. We had a drainage issue on the exterior of our home that was causing gravel to wash out time and time again. Beamer recommended a simple and affordable solution that involved running drainage under the driveway and spreading gravel we had recently had delivered. More importantly, he did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. Very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Beamer Septic Repair.

He was originally hired to scope out the septic system before we bought the house. He did this, our realtor said he was a septic inspector, he later told us he wasn't a septic inspector. Then I was ready to walk from the house since it needed new leach field pipes, but my parents decided to pay for that service as well as a pump service. He forgot about the pump service, and sent a guy out to pump out the system. The guy showed up, and I jumped up, ran downstairs, and wanted to talk to the guy and introduce myself, as soon as the guy got there, but he left before I made it out the door. Portage county doesn't have history for my address to have the service done. Each time we reach out to Keith about this he has not been communicating well, and doesn't seem to care about the service never h
