This company goes above and beyond. Top notch operators, crew, & management. Even though they are known mostly for their work on larger commercial jobs they run their smaller residential ones just as well. I trusted Bean with the sensitive demo of my family’s home that was built in 1865. They were so delicate and respectful throughout the entire project! They went beyond just the demo with this project. They found our septic lines, capped them, & marked them in hopes we can use them for the new build. Their operator and laborer pulled priceless family photos out of the piles that we somehow missed in our clean out. They even carefully removed a 100 plus year old safe from the basement that was too heavy for us to remove. The president and vice president of the company visited the

I have done business with Bean Inc for about 3 years and they are a great company to work with. They complete the work on time. They also work with you through the inevitable "schedule adjustments" created by outside forces. It is hard to find a contractor these days that is willing to step to the plate and put a "team approach" to completing a project but Bean Inc does just that.
