Beartooth Plumbing & Heating

This plumbing/heating company was responsible for installing a gas heater in a shop we had built. The technician showed up with no appropriate tools for the job. Argued with us about placement of the gas piping for the unit. Damaged the exterior and interior of the building by drilling in the wrong place. Showed up a second time and could not finish the work because again he did not bring the tools needed. Receptionist refused to give her name when called referring to herself as "the answering machine"and proceeded to tell us what occurred on the job as if she herself were here. Refused to give me the name of the owner of the company. Would not recommend this firm to install a flapper in a toilet tank. Supremely unprofessional.
