Horrible experience. They are very unprofessional. I was quoted one price then the next month the price for the same quote went up an extra $1395 dollars when I was finally ready for the service. When they arrived they kept asking me how was I going to pay. On top of all that after they replaced my air condition when it started to rain my roof started leaking from where they installed it. I called them they came out and fixed part of the leak next week it was leaking again. I called them again they complained that it was not their fault. My roof is covered by my hoa so when the hoa roofer came out he said it’s exactly their fault. My A/C wasn't coming on, so I called "Beat The Heat". It was 9:00 P.M. but I was able to speak to someone. A tech came out by 9"45 the following morning to find out that my A/C drain line was clogged. He cleared it vacuumed up the water, calmed my nerves, and got me out on time for my appointment.
