Beautiful job! Our new roof installed, only took 2 days to complete and we absolutely love it. Bobby Beattys crew was fast and reliable. We chose GAF ULTRA HDZ Architecture shingles. This was a huge job. The crew were respectful and completely cleaned up when the job was done. The price was reasonable and the warranty is excellent. Beatty Construction even installed a new deck which is beautiful. We plan on having Bobby remodel our bathrooms in the near future. You can count on Beatty Construction to do the job right!!

I found Beatty Construction & Roofing on the Better Business Bureau’s website while looking for roofing contractors near the Norfolk area. I decided to contact the company due to their A+ rating and positive customer reviews. When I contacted Beatty, the owner Bobby returned my phone call the same day. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a new roof the following week. Bobby and his team member arrived at my home on time. They performed a walkthrough, was straightforward and explained the roofing project and warranty in detail. Bobby also provided a detailed written quote. I contracted Beatty Construction to perform presale home renovation and updating. I acquired multiple quotes from various companies, but Bobby (owner) was the only one that was upfront and real. The cost was fair and there were no surprise increases during the renovation. This is due to Bobby being very open about his pricing and, when he walks through, he anticipates potential problems, communicates them, and ensures there is space in the quote to cover them. Thanks to Bobby and his team, not only was my roof was completely replaced in a timely fashion it was done at and at a reasonable price. I plan to use this company again for my upcoming remodeling projects.

Bobby and his team a great job replacing the staircase rails in my house. We went from wood balusters to iron and it looks amazing. The crew was so pleasant to work with.
