Beaudoin is wonderful! All of my experiences have been incredibly positive. Mary is quick to respond and is always friendly and accommodating. The techs (most recently Eric) have all been knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, and extremely pleasant. Beaudoin goes out of their way to ensure prompt and thorough service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

No heat on coldest day of year. My pipes frozen. Aidan and John arrived quick—they were extremely professional—I Will definitely recommend. Weird, in this day and age, to come across nice people not trying to rip you off. 5 stars!

I had an excellent experience with Beaudoin! My boiler stopped working after only a few weeks of being on, and I called Beaudoin to come check it out. Johnny came by and quickly identified the damage to the boiler and that a few parts needed to be replaced. He explained everything clearly and let me know the parts would take 3–4 business days to arrive. After a week, I followed up and learned that the vendor they originally used to order the parts, hadn’t placed the order. Beaudoin immediately reordered the parts and had them overnighted. I really appreciated the sense of urgency they showed to get my boiler repaired, especially with the temperatures dropping and my home being without heat. My hot water tank began to leak on Saturday. Call Beaudoin Plumbing on Sunday afternoon to see if I could have an appointment for Monday. I got a call back on Sunday afternoon to say I’d be put on the list for Monday. Well, Monday Sam came to the house, looked at the hot water heater Went to the Plumbing store. And that afternoon, my hot water tank was fixed. I have to say I was nervous, but Sam was very helpful and accommodating and Marie call me two times on Monday to check in to make sure I was fine. That is exceptional. Customerservice and I will always be a good customer for them. Thank you.!

After attempting to resolve the issue with three local mechanical companies, my wife asked why I had not yet contacted the original installer of the boiler. I laughed in embarrassment and, fortunately, reached out to the person who truly knows what they are doing. Nate arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it efficiently. I could not give less than five stars—if I could, I would give even more! Thank you to the entire Beaudoin crew!
