Called them to service our old oil furnace, Showed up the next day and repaired the unit. Very hard to find anyone to service these. Was only putting out 80 degree air now it's over 100 degrees. Thank you so much. Looking forward to doing more business in the future!

They are very attentive to my needs and diligently seek to resolve all issues! My AC motor blower quit and I had 2 months left on my 10 yr warranty so all I paid was for diagnosis, labor, part shipping and warranty filing. They have always been fair and even came on Christmas one yr when the heater quit working. I highly recommend Beaufort Carolina Comfort!

They are a terrible company. They came the first day on time but not with what they needed. Said they would be back after lunch to get started. They never showed up. The next day I called to see when they are coming to find out they have reschedule the installation for the following week but did not tell us. The following week they come and the work less than 6 hours a day and it takes them 4 days to do the work. Everything is good. 2 weeks later I get woke up sounding like the house is getting torn apart to find out they have come to take the old duct work out from under the house. No one calls to telle they are coming. They don't knock on the door to let us know they are here. They just go under neath the house and start waking me up thinking something big has gotten under my ho
