I had the pleasure of working with JW Parker and his team at Timeless Renovations. I wanted to have a wall build with fireplace insert mantel and TV above. JW was easy to work with and we came up with a plan. In 2 days the addition was completed—- and exceeded my expectations!!! I am so pleased with their workmanship and professionalism!!! I highly recommend Timeless Renovations. My home was built in 1909. JW has experience and knowledge on how these older homes are built and how to repair them. He gave me a start date and his crew was here every day until the work was completed. JW followed up with me everyday to keep me informed of the progress. I had some craw-space issues and some structural issues. JW evaluated my whole house to see if anything else was an issue and corrected some minor thing. The work was done for a very reasonable price . JW is professional,knowledgeable,trustworthy and such a pleasure to work with.

He and his crew came to our rescue after an extremely bad experience with another contractor to repair our home at Broad Creek. In a short time he had our home back to all safety standards, stayed within our budget and he and his crew exceeded our expectations with its beauty!! I had lots of required random repairs and deferred maintenance on my 40+ year old house. Some were obvious to me, others, I had no idea the source of the problems, much less knew how to tackle them. It all felt very overwhelming. JW identified all of the issues, put together a plan to address them and a timeline. His team tackled everything that needed to be done, and took great care to do things the right way. They kept me informed of the status as they moved along, always showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly, and were always friendly and a joy to be around. They did the job ahead of schedule and under the estimate. My little old house looks amazing, and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend JW and his team—you won’t be disappointed.

We used Timeless Renovations for a small project. We were impressed with JW and his team and hired them to redo a bathroom and make repairs in another bathroom. The bathroom remodel was extremely stressful with lots of mishaps along the way. Most problems could have been avoided with better communication. TR was very expensive but we were willing to pay for quality work. Within 6 months the paint was peeling on the bathroom wall. I contacted JW and he sent someone out to look at it. Then nothing. Such a disappointment that they are unwilling to communicate and stand behind their work.
