I’m genuinely surprised that BB Light Farm Living in Celina, Texas has chosen to work with this company. Based on my experience and feedback from other residents, their practices raise serious concerns. They fail to provide itemized invoices detailing move-out charges, and there’s no clear confirmation from the leasing manager about what work was needed or whether it was actually completed. Several residents have noted that units are only partially cleaned, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the company lists a website that doesn’t even function. The lack of transparency and accountability is troubling. I would strongly caution others against using this company.

Do not hire them!! They take "house cleaning" very literally and take your stuff. Second time they do this where I'm a courtesy officer. Second time was at my new apartment where they took my kids' toys box and another box with baby pictures. They denied at first then said they'd bring it back and they did. However, several toys were missing and placed itmes in box that did not belong to me. Possibly taken from other tenants they cleaned out. They ended up getting fired and lost the contract with my complex.

Never hire them . Very unprofessional . The rates are very high. If you are calling for first time they will cheat you by giving a quote for high price.I got their contact from my friends who used the service before for a cheaper price, but they never agree for that saying(or Lying) they never done that!. Waste of time

This vendor was provided to us from our apartment complex as their preferred cleaning company. Not only did they not show up, they will not answer any of my calls or messages. Not to mention their mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message. I can see why they have poor reviews online. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!

Very pleased with their services! The addressed all my areas of concern (I’m an allergy sufferer) Very polite and super easy to work with Highly recommend them and will be using them in the future
