I’ve relied on Beaver Brothers since 2000, beginning when my home was heated by a natural gas boiler and radiators. Their service has always been dependable, knowledgeable, and thorough—I truly loved that system, and their care made all the difference. Over the years, I’ve occasionally tried other HVAC providers, but none have matched the success, consistency, and expertise of Beaver Brothers. They remain my trusted choice, and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Customers beware! They will probably take this review down very quickly….. After paying for a service call on my upstairs heat-pump and then signing up for an annual service agreement, I experienced an additional problem with my downstairs unit just a few days later. They sent 2 technicians out to find a clogged condensate line and invoiced me again for over $500. I called to discuss this charge with the service manager who would not talk to me unless he had me on speaker phone with his technicians present as if I would be talking to a panel. When I asked to simply talk directly to the service manager alone, he told me to go away and they would not work on my systems again. I simply wanted to know why the invoice was so high to clear a condensate line. He didn’t care. They refunded my $480

Beaver Brothers was fantastic. They repaired the heated flooring in our bathroom and did a fabulous job. Their technician, Russ, was smart, responsive, and incredibly professional. He is a credit to their organization. Hire these folks with confidence.

Beaver Brothers is the real deal. We had a need of adding HVAC to an additional room and the garage. They introduced us to new tech (ceiling-mounted mini-splits) and the installation team was extremely efficient and effective. I highly recommend Beaver Brothers. Just an awesome team.

Updating from 2 to 3.5. Even though it definitely took a lot longer to repair and get the unit re-installed, the techs were very nice and worked hard this go-round. Customer Service is definitely lacking. The compressor in a three-year-old mini-split went bad, since Beaver Brothers installed it I called them to do the repair work. From the time the technician entered the home, before diagnosing the problem, I felt I was set up for a bad experience. He informed me parts were on back order and showed no desire to be working. After telling me it was the compressor and giving me quite a high estimate I agreed to have them order the part and do the repair. On tuesday, December 2nd a few technicians arrived and said the part was in but they wanted to take the condensor back to the shop and work
