I wish I could give more than five stars. My husband and I couldn’t be happier we chose Beaver Builders to update our kitchen, foyer, stairs, and upstairs hall. It’s unusual to find a company where everyone seems to enjoy where they work and what they do. Shout out to Loretto, who was our first contact, listened to our vision and gave us a very reasonable quote….. and to Christy who works in the office, but who also stopped by to see how the job was going. She coordinated and kept us updated on schedules, materials and more. And 10 stars to Nick, who was the outstanding lead on our job. Nick was here every day and did an excellent job coordinating the various contractors (Plumber, electrician, hardwood floor, guy, countertop folks). I couldn’t have been happier with both the great work done by Beaver and with the pleasant personal interactions with the staff and crew working on our home over a period of months. Our second floor porches on both the front and back had to be rebuilt due to water damage, including major carpentry repairs, new fiberglass flooring, new trim work, all new railings, and new columns in front. And we had to squeeze in a new roof in the middle of the job. Communication was great from the initial bid by Lorenzo and from crew leader John throughout. Their bid was highly competitive and I chose Beaver based on excellent reviews and seeming to be a fairly large outfit that good get the job done. And they ended up being the perfect choice. This was Beaver's third project in my house. They are the only company I call when I need something done. I continually work with Mark and his crew, Ryan and Mike, specifically requesting them each time. This last project was our main bedroom and bathroom. We flipped the bathroom and closet and added a shower stall. We are thrilled with how it came out and Mark, Ryan, and Mike completed an outstanding job. Everyone at Beaver (Loretto and Christie) are always professional and personable. I cannot wait for our next project and working with them again!!

We hired Beaver Building and Remodel to renovate our primary bathroom. We could not be happier with that decision. We started the process by speaking with Loretto, the project coordinator. After carefully listening to our vision, he offered some excellent recommendations and was able to meet us at our budget for the project. Once all the materials were in, Loretto introduced us to Mark, the lead carpenter for our project. We knew from the start that we were going to have a positive experience with Mark. Mark is extremely friendly, upbeat, and dedicated to his craft. We just had what feels like our whole house (whole downstairs, and 2 upstairs bathrooms) remodeled with Beaver Building and Remodeling. I cannot say enough good things about the work they do. The communication throughout the project was great. Whether it was the designer or the crew they always emailed, called, or texted back right away. From the day the project started the Mark and his crew were here working hard every day. We got an update on what would be happening that day, and at the end of the day we would get a run down of what was accomplished and what would be coming up next (and were patient with my endless questions).
