The elderly woman in customer service is rude. I've had Lawn Doctor for several years, but the last experience having to call was the final straw. The service is supposed to be guaranteed so when broadleaf control was applied just prior to a huge rain, which was forecasted, I called. The rude customer service woman kept arguing that it was only spot treatment. I pointed out that I'm paying for it. She refused to acknowledge the putting down treatment 10 minutes before a heavy rain is not acceptable. I canceled and in doing so they closed my account immediately, so I couldn't make the online payment. I called and left a voicemail asking for the mailing address, with no response, so I sent an email and I did get a response.This is aggravation that none of us need and it's unacceptable. I gu
