Beaver also made some excellent suggestions on the placement of switches that really improved the functionality and convenience of our new space. I had what I thought was a tricky issue at a duplex I own. Tenant had no power at their heating system, but breaker was fine and supplying power. I did a fair bit of diagnosis myself and traced the problem to a junction box (I thought, anyway). After opening the box and seeing cloth wiring that I just didn't want to fool with (bad experiences with that stuff in the past), I called multiple electricians. I think I called at least 20, and only Beaver Electric answered and / or agreed to come out timely. They told me they'd be out in two days. My wife and I purchased a condo in 2021 that was the poster child for 'lipstick on a pig's; everything was a cheap fix, including the electrical. Recently our dryer stopped working, so we bought a brand new dryer and it still wasn't heating. I figured it was the Electrical and I was right. One call to Beaver Electric and they sent out two gentleman, Charlie and his apprentice, who quickly validated my diagnosis, replaced the breaker (which was very old) and got us back in business in under an hour. I had a great experience with Beaver Electric. I got the referral from one of my favorite local businesses in CT. I had a long list of repairs/replacements and the guys showed up right on time and worked straight through the day. When I left the house to run errands at 10am they already had at least 5 tasks completed from the checklist. One of the punch list items was to replace a bathroom fan, I had no idea that the entire time I've had this house that the fan wasn't connected to an exhaust/vent system. All the moisture was literally just blowing into the attic insulation. I recently had some electrical issues come up and based on some past experience (and location), I chose Beaver Electric. They were quick to respond and were out within hours of calling them to take care of the immediate problem. While there they noticed some water leakage and took the time to discuss my options. We were able to discuss some scheduling and then came out and did a fantastic job. The guys there doing the main job (Josh and Tim I believe...but I'm not great with names) were great, friendly and understanding when I was watching some of the work so I could learn/understand what was being done. The job they did looks great, complete professionals. Add to that, later in the day after all the work and clean up was done, I received a call from the owner to make sure I was happ
