Buyer beware, if you purchased chimney block that was made by this company, the block is defective and will lead to construction failure. Whether you bought it direct or through a third party, this company will not own the mistake of this defect.

I HAVE WORKED WITH THESE FOLKS ON NUMEROUS PROJECTS FOR OVER 30 YEARS THEY ARE NOT JUST SITTING BACK RESTING ON THEIR LAURELS IF YOU WILL. THEY STILL SERVE AS IF THEY ARE TRYING TO EARN MY BUSINESS! I APPRECIATE THE SAME SERVICE AS ALWAYS. MY MOST RECENT ORDER WAS DELIVERED WITH THE SAME METHOD AS ALWAYS. THEY GIVE AN APPROX WINDOW WHEN THEY PLAN TO DELIVER AND I HAVE RARELY IF EVER BEEN PUSHED BACK MUCH AT ALL. THEY STILL HAVE THE SAME GUYS THAT WERE THERE ALL THESE YEARS. THEY NEVER MESSED UP AN ORDER FOR ME THAT I RECALL, THE QULITY HAS NOT CHANGED IN 30 YEARS IT IS STILL CEMENT BLOCK SOLID. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT, ALL OF YOU GUYS.THANKS! Purchased 10 pallets of two tone retaining wall blocks. 2 pallets were one tone. Contacted them to fix the issue. Offered no resolution and said there is nothing we can do about it. Terrible quality control and even worse customer service.
