Wonderful plumbers. I've had to use them twice for issues. Once for a leaking drain pipe and once for a clogged shower. They showed up extremely quickly. The shower was a quick snake job and the leaking drain pipe they patched until they could send two plumbers to replace a large section of drains leading into the main trunk line. The bills for the two jobs were extremely reasonable. They are now my go to plumbers for whenever I have an issue.

Had a new boiler and hot water heater installed recently. BEC was great all around. From their quality of work, to their communication and professionalism. We couldn't be happier and will be using them for all future maintenance and repairs.

I was looking for a plumber more local to West Brookfield to replace our electric water heater. I called BEC and within hours Chris returned my call to discuss the job. He asked for several photos so he could create the quote. I sent the pics and, as promised, he called me on Monday with the quote. It was very fair and they came on Wednesday to install the new heater. They were so efficient and timely. I can't tell you how thrilled we were with this experience and the price was also fair especially compared to the ridiculous price quoted from another company. From now on, we will use BEC for our plumbing needs. Thank you Chris and your team!
